Okay, now that I've recovered from all the post-con-stuff I can write some info here.

Most of this costume is some pretty yellow fabric I actually found in the curtain fabrics-section in my local fabric store. XD I have no idea what it actually is, but it has a slight pretty texture. The rest is various shades of white bridal satin, wrong side out because I dislike the stronger shine.

The details on the top and some other parts are painted on with fabric paints. The patterns around the waist and inside the skirt are all hand-beaded. This costume was my first attempt at beading and I'm satisfied with the results, even if it was very time-consuming.

The wig was propably the thing I was the most worried about; I've never done wigcraft before and Serenade's style is not the simplest one. Adding extensions for the backpart and shaping the loops was quite an experience for a newbie, but I'm very happy with the end result... Even though one side of the wig fell apart early in the day. ;o;

My staff is a wooden dowel with a 2x6mm craft foam top. This costume also has cute little transparent wings which gave me a heckload of trouble, but you can't really see them in most of the pictures I have. :<
